Steve uses elite techniques to facilitate strength & conditioning gains alongside weight management and body conditioning that he practices often with elite sports clubs such as Bradford Bulls, Leeds Rhinos & Scotland Rugby. The methods Steve uses have proven to condition, strip body fat and achieve his clients goals. “Since opening the award winning gym; The Fitness Rooms, I am pleased to say the gym and trainers are going from strength to strength!”
