Steve uses elite techniques to facilitate strength & conditioning gains alongside weight management and body conditioning that he practices often with elite sports clubs such as Bradford Bulls, Leeds Rhinos & Scotland Rugby. The methods Steve uses have proven to condition, strip body fat and achieve his clients goals. “Since opening the award winning gym; The Fitness Rooms, I am pleased to say the gym and trainers are going from strength to strength!”
Jake Perks is a strength and conditioning specialist who has a well rounded knowledge base and background in weight-lifting. Jake takes a very innovative approach to training specifically focussing on functional movements to achieve his client’s goals, not only does Jake provide positive training he also teaches his clients how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Ben is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer who has a background in Rugby & Sports Conditioning and has a keen Interest in Athletes Lifestyles ben profile.
Ben has admired and followed an athlete’s lifestyle as long as he can remember; Ben has never shied away from exercise and is forever researching and trying to find new training techniques to improve his own physique and fitness.
